Onthefreeway guarantee to return or exchange any item purchased, giving a full refund if it is not up to the quality promised.

Every effort is made to dispatch goods within 7 working days from the time our order fulfilment warehouse receives payment.  In the rare case of an item being out of stock, one of our customer care team will contact you personally, giving the exact date the item will be dispatched.

All Onthefreeway products, other than furniture, which is available mail order to mainland UK customers only, are available by post throughout Europe and the world.

The postage charge that is automatically applied during the online Paypal ordering facility adds a small amount to each order according to the total value, the higher the value of the order the lower the percentage applied to each item. The percentage is based on UK national and international postage rates by weight and volume.
